1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding crypto and online financial services.
2. Account registration
- You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You must verify your email and/or phone when prompted.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password, devices, and any 2FA methods.
- Referral / sponsor codes may be required to join, as configured by the platform.
3. The Service
IBIT provides an online platform that may include account management, packages, AI/trading bots, referrals, salaries/rewards programs, deposits, and withdrawals, as described in the app. Features may change, be limited by region, or be paused for maintenance or risk controls.
4. Deposits, withdrawals, and risk
- Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
- You are responsible for sending assets to the correct network and address shown in your account.
- Market prices, bot performance, and promotional rates can change; past results do not guarantee future results.
- Digital assets involve significant risk of loss. Use only funds you can afford to risk.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, verification, or access another user’s account.
- Manipulate referrals, rewards, or income programs through fake accounts or automation abuse.
- Interfere with platform infrastructure or other users.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present security/fraud risk, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
IBIT branding, software, and content are owned by IBIT or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for personal/account purposes only.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or any particular profit.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBIT and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to IBIT (if any) in the three months before the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold IBIT harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including phone/email verification data.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
